Students and staff honored Indigenous and non-Indigenous Veterans who have served in missions across Canada and around the world in a school-wide assembly on November 8.  Students in various classes presented poems, shared personal letters written from the perspective of a soldier on the battle field, and sang a song.  Mr. Norris drummed an Honor Song before we listened to the Last Post and had a moment of silence to remember those who served in times of war, conflict, and peace.
