PAC AGM: Wednesday March 13th, 6:30pm in Room 55 (by the flagpoles).

All parents & guardians of ḰELSET students are welcomed and encouraged to participate. Any parent at ḰELSET is eligible to hold a position on the PAC or vote at our AGM. This year's AGM will be "in-person only" and all votes must be cast in person.

6:30-6:45pm: AGM Opening and Call for Nominees.

6:45pm-7:30pm: votes may be cast. You are welcome to leave after casting your ballot. At this time, only the President role is expected to be decided by paper ballot.

Important notes:
🔹 You are welcome to bring your children along with you when you vote.
🔹 If transportation is a barrier for you, please reach out to kelsetpac@gmail.com.
🔹 We also have ‘non-elected’ positions such as Teacher Appreciation, Spring Fair Committee, Play Space Committee, etc., which you are welcome to sign-up for any time. We will have sign-up sheets available at the AGM should any of these interest you.
