To celebrate Pride Month this year, ḰELSET classes will be learning about diversity and inclusion for 2SLGBTQIA+ people.  SOGI stands for Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity; a SOGI-inclusive school means that all of the 2sLGBTQIA+ experiences and identities are embraced and should never be cause for discrimination. Lesson plans are age-appropriate, teach about diversity, respect, and how we all contribute to creating a positive and welcoming space for everyone.

On Friday, June 14, we ask that students and staff wear ANY colours of the rainbow to show that ḰELSET supports pride month.
