Wacky Hair and Hat Day is a popular, creative school spirit event where students and teachers wear unique, ridiculous, or homemade hats to foster fun and imagination. Popular DIY ideas include food-themed hats (pizza, tacos), stuffed animals, or turning household items like cereal boxes into hats. Hair gel can result in some crazy styles, as well as the addition of found objects like toys, accessories (hair ties, hair pins), and colorful hairspray. If your hair is very short, you can also attach pipe cleaners or found objects to a headband for a similar effect.  Have fun with it!!
