It is that time of year again where our ḰELSET community gives back!

This year during our ḰELSET Acts of Kindness week we are collecting donations for the ḰELSET Food Program, The Sidney Food Bank, and extra clothing and shoes for our students.

Between February 13th-16th please bring non-perishable food items and/or clothing items to the school.  PAC will have wagons in the front and at the back of the school between 8:30-9:00am each day.  As students donate they will be given a paper fish to put on our Caught Being Kind bulletin board.  The goal is to fill the board so we can see how so many of our students show kindness.

Suggested donations:

• Jam/Honey
• Peanut free snacks
• Peanut free granola bars
• Crackers
• Fishy crackers
• Dry cereal
• Fruit leather
• Paper snack bags
• Lunch size paper bags
• Compostable small bowls

Gently used or new clothing items needed:

• shoes (range from children size 2 to women’s 8/Men’s 10)
• children’s L/XL to adult small/medium:
• • sweatshirts/ hoodies
  • pants
  • shirts
  • Jackets
