Saanich Elementary Track Meet

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR FAMILIES:

• Parking is time consuming, especially the purchasing of tickets, so it's best to be there early.  To avoid line-ups at the ticket booth, parking passes can be purchased online or in any lot on campus and then used to park at the stadium or any other lot at UVic. 
• Please communicate with your child(ren) the need for proper behaviour in the stands.  Students should stay with their team and be seated in the stands when not competing.  
• No students are allowed on the track unless running in an event.  No students are allowed on the field or on the grass on the outside of the track, or in the tunnel under the stadium.
• We will be charged for any additional clean-up services UVic has to do following our track meet.  Please make sure you are cleaning up after yourself.
• Please make sure to send your child with a variety of foods to fuel their body to run and a labelled water bottle.  We cannot guarantee that the concession will be open.
• Dress for the weather: hat and sunscreen on a hot day and layers for a colder day. 
• Dogs are not allowed inside the stadium.
