PAC Fun Lunch

Hello Parents/Guardians,

Spring is in the air! We will be offering 2 fun lunches this spring, with our first lunch just around the corner on Friday, April 12! The second fun lunch date is Friday, May 10. Mark your calendars!

We will continue to use the MunchaLunch online ordering system. Please note that online ordering will close on Friday, April 5 at 11:59pm. Apologies for the tight turn around after Spring Break. Munchalunch has made some changes to their system and orders must be paid by the deadline or they will be canceled.

Late orders will not be accepted so please ensure your orders are placed on time.

HOW TO REGISTER WITH MUNCHALUNCH (existing users, click “LOGIN HERE” to access your account using your login information from last year):

  1. Go to: www.munchalunch.com/schools/kelset
  2. Click the “Register Here” button. The system will guide you through.
  3. After adding your children, click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order.
  4. Select “Spring 2024” as the session.
  5. Choose your menus for each fun lunch date. Please note, toppings for Subway sandwiches are added right before check out.
  6. Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.

IMPORTANT SPRING FUN LUNCH INFORMATION:

  • The first spring fun lunch is Friday, April 12. The second fun lunch date is Friday, May 10. You must place your order for both spring fun lunches at once.
  • Online ordering is open until Friday, April 5 at 11:59PM. Late orders will not be accepted.
  • When placing your order, select “Spring 2024” as the session.
  • Payment is due online by credit card at the time of ordering. If credit card payment is not an option for you, please pay cash or cheque (KELSET PAC) at the office. Be sure to include your children’s name and order number.
  • Please note that if your child is absent for Fun Lunch, his or her lunch will be donated. Refunds will not be issued for missed lunches.
